Ne kadar sürer?
Pasaport ve fotoğrafınızı teslim ettikten sonra umre vizesi genellikle 3-5 iş gününde çıkar. Hac vizeleri ise Diyanet ve Suudi makamlarının takvimine göre kafile tarihinden birkaç hafta önce toplu olarak alınır. Süreç boyunca durum bilgisi SMS ile iletilir.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price?
Flights, the Umrah visa and health insurance, hotel stays (breakfast and dinner), all transfers, visits, religious guide and tour guide, ihram and Umrah bag. Lunches and personal expenses are not included.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Up to 12 credit-card instalments, interest-free up to 6. Reserve with a 20% deposit and pay the balance 30 days before departure.
How does the early-booking discount work?
Guests who confirm at least 90 days before departure get 7% off the programme price. Use the code ERKENKAYIT when booking online.
Why do double, triple and quad room prices differ?
Our prices are per person; the more people share a room, the lower the cost per person. A quad family room is the best value for families.
Which ages qualify for the child price?
For infants aged 0-2 only the flight and visa are charged. Children aged 2-11 sharing their parents' room get the discounted child price. Ages 12 and over pay the adult price.
