Yes, there is no age limit. We recommend our comfort programme near the Haram, with wheelchairs, escorts and rooms near the lift. A medical report is requested for chronic conditions.
How do I join from Konya or Kayseri?
The domestic connection to Istanbul from Konya and Kayseri is included in the price. You meet our group leader at Istanbul Airport.

Can women go on Umrah without a mahram?
Under current Saudi practice, women over 18 may perform Umrah with a group without a mahram. Under-18s need parental consent.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancellations up to 45 days before departure receive the deposit back (visa fee excluded). No deduction is made for cancellations supported by a medical report; payment can also be moved to a later group.
